1. Combine first 3 ingredients
2. Marinade salmon in refrigerator 1 hour, turning occasionally
3. preheat oven to 400 degrees
4. Discard marinade. Combine sugar and next 5 ingredients (sugar through cinnamon) in a bowl. Rub over fish; place in a baking dish coated with cooking spray or oil.
5. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
6. Serve with lemon slices if desired
