Layered Mexican Dip

Ingredients

450g can refried beans
35g sachet taco seasoning mix
300g carton sour cream
1 jar of guacamole
200g salsa
1/2 cup grated cheese
1 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped

Method

Combine beans and seasoning mix.

Spread the bean mixture onto a plate, leaving a border for the chips. Spread sour cream, then guacamole and finally salsa.

Sprinkle dip with cheese and coriander.
