Zucchini Cake

This moist green cake is a wonderful summer treat.

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Wet Ingredients
375 grams (12 oz) zucchini
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup canola oil

Method

Measure dry ingredients into a bowl and wisk together. Place all wet ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and wisk together until smooth. Pour cake mix into a non stick cake pan and bake at 350 degrees celcius for 35-45 minutes or until done. Cool and enjoy.
