Mint & Yoghurt Chutney

Side dish for Indian food (esp with Tandoori samosa or pakoras)


1/2 Bunch Fresh Mint
2-3 Fresh Chillies
200g plain yogurt
1/2 TSP Sugar
1/2 TSP Salt
1/2 TSP Pepper/ Cummin/ Masala


Grind mint and green chillies
Mix all the ingredients into a paste
