1-1/2 c. brown sugar
4 Tb. butter, melted and cooled til warm (not hot)
1 c. unsifted flour
6 level Tb. unsweetened cocoa powder
2 Tb. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1-6oz. pkg. real chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts
In large bowl, beat together brown sugar and eggs. Beat well until
light in color.
Add melted butter slowly to egg-sugar mixture while beating with mixer
Add oil. Then, add flour, cocoa powder slowly while beating until well
Remove bowl from mixer, stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
Pour into greased (or sprayed) 9x13 pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
