Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

1 stick oleo
1 to 2 lb stew meat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pt. sour ceam

Method

brown meat in oleo for 1 hr until meat is tender. then add soup and simmer 1/2 hr or so. the least few minuets, add 1 pint sour cream. do not boil, just simmer for a few min to blend. this may be prepared earlier. serve over cooked noodles.
