2 Gala Apples (Peeled, Cored, Sliced)
3/4 cup of sugar
2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
1 can of Crescent Croissants (8)
Place apples, sugar, and cinnamon in a frying pan with a little bit of oil. Stir for 10 minutes until soft. Take out your croissant dough and place 2-3 slices of apples. If all the apples don't fit stretch the dough a little bit. Then roll them up from the shortest side. Bake it in a 375 degree oven for 11-13 minutes. Serve with yogurt or ice cream.
