Homemade Coconut Ice Cream

1 cup heavy cream (and a little extra)
1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup coconut flakes, packed down
1 13.5 ounce can of coconut milk.


Take the milk and coconut milk and blend. When smooth, carefully stir in heavy cream and coconut flakes. Transfer the complete mixture into an ice cream maker and follow manufacturer's directions.
