Chocolate Zucchin Loaf

Ingredients

Dry ingredients:
2-1/2 c flour
1/2 c cocoa
2-1/2 t baking powder
1-1/2 t salt
1 t cinnamon
Wet ingredients:
2 c sugar
3/4 c margarine or butter
4 eggs
2 t orange peel
2 c grated zucchini
1/2 c milk
1 c broken walnuts
1 t vanilla

Method

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Sift dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix together wet ingredients.
Blend ingredients of both bowls together and mix well. Bake in two loaf pans for 1 hour.
