3-4 bone-in chicken breasts, cooked
1 regular box Stove Top stuffing mix (chicken flavor)
16 oz. sour cream
Family-Size can of Campbell's cream of chicken soup
milk (half of the soup can)
12 oz. box jumbo pasta shells
Boil/simmer your chicken for 1-2 hours or until done. Remove from
saucepan and let cool a little. In the meantime, cook the Stove Top
stuffing according to box directions, set aside. Cook the box of
jumbo pasta shells according to box directions, lay out on waxed
paper to cool a little.
Tear up the cooked chicken with your fingers, or cut it up and add
to the stuffing along with the 16 oz. container of sour cream. Mix
Mix the cream of chicken soup and milk together. Put a small amount
in the bottom of two 3-quart baking dishes.
Stuff the shells with the chicken mixture. Place in baking dishes.
Spoon cream of chicken/milk over top of shells. Sprinkle mozzarella
over top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes
or until heated through.
Makes about 37 jumbo stuffed shells - plenty forf 4 or 5 people
