1/ 1/2 cups of frozen mango juice
1 cup of mixed frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
1 cup of whey protein (vanilla flavor preferably)
1/2 cup wheat germ (optional)
Put all into blender and put it on "chop" or "smoothie" (on newer blenders like ours) and blend for 1 minute. Serves 2.
