-1 onion chopped or sliced
-1 can of cream of mushroom soup
-8oz of sour cream
-Costco Meatballs (roughly 6-8 per person, or more)
-2 tsp Chili Powder
-3-4 oz mustard or dijon mustard
-Start cooking the meatballs (15-20 min) move on to other things
-In a Large pot, put cream of mushroom soup (concentrate) and 1 can of heavy cream together. Stir so they mix.
-Chop and flash fry onion - add salt seasoning if desired
-Stir in onion and sour cream, mustard
-When sauce has a consistent texture, add in 2 pinches of white pepper, chili powder, dill weed. (I usually use dried dill weed, and add however much I feel like. (3-4 tsp usually)
-Mix 2.5 tbps of melted butter and 2 tbps of flour seperately, then stir in.
Serve over rice, pasta, or just alone as appetizers.
