Slow cooker Cheeseburger

weight watchers recipe that I love

Serves: 10

Ingredients

1 1/2 pound lean ground beef
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
8 oz kraft velveeta processed cheese
2 tbsp FF skim milk
1 medium green pepper
1 medium red pepper
1 cup onion ( i always chop these super small so hubby can't see them)
2 cloves of garlic
this recipe was given to me but I add a few jalapino(sp?) rings the ones that come in a jar of juice, I cut them up nice and fine.
I also like to add a few stalks of celery

Instructions
Bown ground beef with garlic, and black pepper untill cooked in a skillet. drain. combine cooked meat and all remaining ingredients in crockpot. mix well and cook on low for about 4-6 hours

Makes 10 servings
4 points per serving
I like to put it on 2 pieces of weight watchers bread for an extra 1 point. (reminds me of sloppy joe like that)
