Tortellini Soup

Dietary guidance: v 


1 can chicken broth or 2 cups liquid using bouillon cubes
1-2 handfulls tortellini
2 handfulls fresh watercress, radish sprouts, cilantro or chives
salt & pepper, according to taste


1. Cook tortellini according to package instructions.
2. Heat broth, dump in cooked tortellini
3. Garnish with watercress.
