Chicken Falco

Ingredients

2 boneless chicken breasts
4-8 dried figs
4 orange slices
4 Tbls. olive oil per breast (2 per breast)
fresh garlic, crushed
salt & pepper
anise seed
fennel seeds

Method


1. preheat oven to 450°F. cut 1 large piece of foil for each breast.
2. lay 1 breast in center of each packet. drizzle 2 Tbls. olive oil over each breast. distribute fruit & spices between packets.
4. seal packets. arrange on baking sheet.
5. bake for about 35 minutes. OR broil for 15 minutes 4-6 inches from heat source.
can make packets up to 2 days ahead & refrigerate until ready to cook.
Serve with lavender rice.
