Best Pizza Dough

Ingredients

330 mls cold water
3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
3 1/4 teaspoons dried yeast

Method

METHOD ONE
If you have a dough hook, place all dry ingredients into mixing bowl, add water. Mix with dough hook until all flour is combined. Allow machine to knead the dough until it leaves the sides of the bowl. Knead for 2 to 3 minutes but no longer. Remove from bowl. Divide into 3 portions. Place the 3 balls on a lightly floured surface and cover with a tea towel. Allow to rest for 15 minutes before rolling out. WHILE THE DOUGH RESTS, PRE-HEAT YOUR OVEN TO 500 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT. OVEN MUST PRE-HEAT FOR 30 MINUTES. Roll one ball out on a floured surface to the size of your pizza pan. You do need to have a large pizza pan. Have your pan greased and ready. Place the rolling pin on one edge of the dough and flip the dough over, slide the pan under and position the dough on the pan. Add you toppings . . . and pop your pizza into the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes.

METHOD TWO
If you don't have a dough hook, place the combined dry ingredients on a clean counter top. Make a well in the center and pour in the water. Using your hand stir in a circular motion, working in the flour mixture bit by bit. When all flour is combined, knead until smooth and elastic. Continue as above. This is VERY EASY . . . I did it in a motel room and wasn't sure how it would work . . . it was FANTASTIC.
