Preparation time: 15 mins.
1/4 cup margarine
1 onion, diced
1/2 tsp garlic powder (or clove garlic minced)
2 tsp yellow mustard
2 Tblsp chili powder
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup vinegar (apple cider or white wine)
2-4 Tblsp worcestershire sauce (Key Ingredient!!)
Sautee onion in butter. Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Simmer. Serve hot or cold over tacos.
