1/2 cup mayonaise, juice and zest of one lemon, 1 tsp. Worchestershire sauce, 1 clove or 1 Tbsp. minced garlic, 1/2 cup grated parmesean cheese (fresh is best), 1/4 tsp. salt, lots of fresh cracked black pepper, and if you choose: 1 inch squirt anchovy past and 1 tsp. chopped capers.
Mix mayo, lemon juice and zest, and W sauce until smooth. Add all other ingredients. Makes a zesty authentic dressing that can keep in the fridge up to one week.
