Pre-heat the oven to 375.
Mix the wet ingredients (sugars, butter, egg, vanilla). "Cream" this mixture until it's light and fluffy.
Mix the dry ingredients, and then add mixture to the wet mix slowly.
Mix in the chocolate chips.
I use a #40 disher to measure out the dough, but rounded tablespoons will work as well. Put onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until light brown.
Makes approx 48 cookies.
