Philly Cheese Steak

Ingredients

1 Flank Steak
1 Lrg green pepper
1 lrg onion
1-2 cups mushrooms
1 garlic bread from grocery store
1 pkg bovril
2 cups grated mozzarella

Method

Slice meat, onion, pepper and mushrooms in thin strips.
Sautee with bovril, on med high heat until everything starts to brown
Open garlic bread, remove excess butter, top each side with half of ingredients, top with cheese and put under broiler until melted
