Ingredients

1 Large banana
1 Peeled apple
1 Clementine
2 tbs of Ground flaxseeds
4 Flowerets of broccoil
1/2 cups of Soymilk
Optional-> Two or three ice cubes

Method

Blend together and enjoy! Makes two servings

Sometimes I sprinkle flax seeds on top of my glass. Looks nice and gives you extra fiber.
