Beat together the eggs, the salmon and the bread crumbs. I'm guesstimating on the amount of bread crumbs because I just kind of kept adding until I got the right consistency to pat the mixture into patties. I got about 5 patties out of this one can of salmon. Throw enough olive oil into a pan to fry the patties, flipping them until they're golden brown on both sides. It shouldn't take very long at all.
