Kare Ayam

Ingredients

1 ekor ayam buras (kampung) 800 gr, cut into 4
1500 cc santan (coconut milk)
2 sdm minyak goreng (oil), untuk menumis
Bumbu :
5 siung bawang merah (shalot)
5 siung bawang putih (galic)
5 buah cabai merah (red chili)
15 butir kemiri (candle nut)
5 cm kunyit, haluskan (Tumeric)yellow like ginger
1 batang serai, memarkan (lemon grass)
1 buah jari lengkuas, memarkan (galangal)
5 helai daun jeruk (kafir lime leaf)
3 helai daun salam (india bay leaf)
garam (salt) dan merica bubuk (paper) secukupnya

Method

Tumis ayam dengan semua bumbu hingga harum
Stir fried chicken with all the ingredient
Tuang santan, kecilkan api. Masak hingga ayam matang, angkat
pour the coconut milk and cook the chicken until cooked in small fire.
