Monique's Easy Crepes

My favorite crepe recipe. Enjoy.

Ingredients

1 ½ cup of crème or milk
1 cup of flour
2 large eggs
2 teaspoon sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon unsalted butter melted
1-2 teaspoon vanilla

Method

Wisk all of these ingredients together and heat a 12 inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Wipe the bottom of the skillet in melted butter. Swirl some of the batter and cook until crispy, turning after about 30 seconds.
