Top Round Roast

Cooking time:


3-5 lbs top round roast, frozen
Olive oil
Seasoning of choice to taste (salt, garlic powder, pepper, etc.)
1 can beef broth


Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

Keep roast frozen until ready to cook. Rub with olive oil and seasoning. Place roast in a baking pan and pour beef broth over it.

Cook in oven for approximately 2 hours, checking occasionally for desired doneness.
