Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

3/4 Cup unsweetened applesauce
3/4 cup honey
2 Tbs milk
1 Tbs vanilla
1 tsp almond extract
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp salt
3/4 tsp baking soda
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Method

Heat oven to 375 degrees
Mix wet ingredients, add dry ingredients, and stir in chips and nuts
Bake 8-10 minutes
