Ingredients

300 gr daging sapi (beef), potong ukuran porsi makan (cut accordingly)
2 sdm minyak goreng (fying oil)
400 ml air panas (hot water)
kecap (soy souce)
garam (salt) and merica (paper)
Haluskan (ground):
6 butir bawang merah (Shallot)
3 siung bawang putih (galic)
4 butir kemiri (candel nut)
1 cm jahe (ginger)

Method

Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum, masukkan daging, kecap, merica dan garam. Aduk rata.
· Masukkan air panas dan kecilkan apinya.
· Ungkep hingga daging empuk dan bila perlu bubuhi bumbu penyedap.
· Kalau akan menghidangkan taburkan sedikit bawang goreng.

to taste good at sweet soya souce.
