Cranberry Orange Chutney

12 oz. cranberries
1 c. orange juice
1 tart apple, cut up
1 orange, cut up fine, rind and all
1 1/4 c. honey
1/2 c. golden raisins OR 12 dried apricots, cut up
1 t. cardamom


Boil cranberries, orange juice, apple, and orange together until cranberries pop. Add honey, raisins or apricots, and cardamom. Simmer 10 minutes.
