Ingredients

orange, beets, spinach, carrots, a little orange juice or a small amount of water to make it liquidy. Oh yeah, and ice.

Method

Really easy and basic drink to make if you want to try something healthy. The portion amounts really depend on you.
Just throw in a blender: orange slices, beet slices, leafy spinach, chopped carrots, and some orange juice OR water to help liquify. Also add some ice cubes to make it thick like a smoothie! Blend! And Enjoy! It is so Yummy!
