Super Easy Salsa

Ingredients

1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 jalapeno pepper (optional)
4 plum tomatoes
2 green onions
1/4 cup red onion
(spice to taste-garlic salt, italian seasoning, cayenne pepper)
3 tbsp lime juice

Method

Cut up in small pieces all ingredients and place in medium size bowl. Add spice depending on taste and how spicey you would like your salsa. I sometimes buy a bruschetta mix seasoning and had that instead of different spices. Using a hand held blender, blend gently a few time to get some of the juice out for a less chunky salsa. Add the lime juice and mix together. Refrigerate for a few hours so flavors blend together and serve.
