Crush cereal finely by hand or with a grinder (I use my coffee grinder) and blend in salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder. Place in wide flat dish or pie pan.
Beat eggs with cream and place in another wide flat dish or pie pan.
Coat each chop in raw egg and then place on cereal mix to coat. Be sure to cover both sides and the edges evenly.
Drizzle 1/4th of the French dressing over each chop.
Place chops on large flat baking pan (a cookie sheet works well) and bake on 350 45-60 mns.
Time may be less depending on the oven and the size of the chops. Use your own discretion.
