Potato and Reindeer Salami Cheese Stew

Something I came up with from leftovers while wild camping in Scotland.

Ingredients

Potatos
Cheese
Reindeer salami
Cheese
Water
Milk
Salt and pepper

Method

Slice the spuds to about 1cm thick, and cook in slightly salted water. When nearly cooked, drain off the water and replace with milk. Add the grated cheese and stir until the cheeese has melted into the milk. Add the sliced and diced salami near the end and stir for a further couple of minutes. Sprinkle on a little pepper and serve.
