Baked Tomatoes Stuffed with Shrimps

Serves: 4-6

Ingredients

6 medium sized tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon minced parsley
1 can shrimps, halved
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon minced green pepper
1/2 teaspoon minced onion
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 slices bread, crumbed
A few grains of paprika


Method

Cut off the tops of the
tomatoes; scoop out the centers;and let them drain.Saute the shrimps with the parsley, salt, onions and green peppers and add to the drained tomatoes.Mix the bread crumbs with the melted butter and paprika and top the tomatoes with the bread crumbs.Bake 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven on the middle rack
