Rack of Lamb

Marinated lamb

1 rack of lamb
Marinade ingredients:
4 garlic cloves
1/2 teaspone salt
2 Tablespone Dijon Mustard
1 Tablespone Soy Sauce
1 1/2 teaspone Rosemany+thyme
2 Tablespone Lemon Juice
1/4 cup of olive oil
black pepper


Mix all ingredients for the marinade and cover the lamb with the marinade. Better If done at least for a couple of hours before cooking time.

Broil 3 to 4 minutes each side and then bake at 400 farenheit for 20 minutes.

Its delicious when served with wild rice and a simple green salad.
