Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip

A hot creamy dip that hits the spot at parties. Serve with corn tortillas, assorted crackers, and slices of bagguette.

Ingredients

8 ounces low fat cream cheese, softened
14 ounce can of artichoke hearts
2 cups low fat or fat f ree mayonaise
1 3/4 cups parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic, crushed
(1) 10 ounce block frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry with a cheesecloth.

Method

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Mash or chop artichoke hearts; add to cream cheese, stirring well. Stir in mayonaise, parmesan cheese, garlic, and spinach. Spoon mixture into an 8x8 pan.
Bake for 20 min. or until thouroughly heated.
