1. Coarsely chop tomato and onion. Remove meat from avocados. I do it by slicing them in half lengthwise and using a melon baller to remove insides rather than peeling.
2. Add avocado to medium sized bowl and mash as creamy as you like. I like to leave mine somewhat lumpy. Add chopped tomatoes and onion. Slice lime in half and squeeze juice into bowl with other ingredients. Stir well.
3. Add salt and pepper to taste. To make mine more creamy, I sometimes add the sour cream and mix that in, but it is optional.
