Perogy Cosserole

Quick and easy recipe for store bought perogies

Ingredients

1 - 1kg. bag of frozen store bought perogies (we use Cheemo or Nalway)
2 can cream of mushroom soup
1 bunch green onion, chopped finely
2 cups grated cheddar cheese

Method

Mix perogies, green onion, mushroom soup together in large bowl. If perogies stick add a splash of milk to help mix. Pour into large roasting pan, sprinkle cheese ontop. Cover with foil and tent foil to prevent sticking.

Bake at 400 F for 1 hour. Take foil off for last 15 minutes of baking.
