Simple Salmon

Ingredients

2 large boneless salmon fillets.
1 lemon.
soy sauce.

Method

Place salmon in greased glass baking dish.
squeeze juice of lemon onto fish (1/2 lemon each).
drizzle soy sauce over fish.
Bake at 350 degrees x 15-20 minutes.(flakes easily when done).
Broil for like 2 minutes.
Serve with rice and veggie or salad, your call.
Enjoy!
