Rocquette, Pear & Parmesan Salad

Yummy salad i made for the antipasto-type dinner I had a few weeks ago...

Ingredients

70g of baby rocquette
1 pear, thinly sliced (unpeeled)
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
thinly shaved parmesan, to serve

Method

Arrange baby rocket in a bowl or on a serving platter with a thinly sliced unpeeled pear.
Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Season to taste and toss through thinly shaved parmesan to serve.
