Marinated Carrots

Good served warm or cold and very good with a meal to make a change from regular carrots

Ingredients

Ingredients

1 green pepper chopped
1 onion chopped
1 cans tomatoes soup
1-cup brown sugar
½ cup vinegar
½ cup oil
½ tsp prepared mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Pepper to taste

Method

Cut 2 lbs carrots and Slice .Put in pot of water and salt. Cook till tender and drain and leave cool.
Sauce :
Leave boil for few minutes and then pour cooked sauce over carrots
