Sauteed Shrimp with Corn Pudding, Bacon & Corn Salad, Shrimp Foam

Ingredients

10 ears of corn
2T oil
12 Shrimp
4 slices of bacon, diced
2T chives, chopped

Method

In saucepan, at low heat, juice 9 corn and corn juice, slicing constantly until juice is thick like pudding. Add oil to hot pan; saute shrimp until done. Set aside. In same pan, saute bacon until crispy; add in remaining corn kernel and chives. Serve.
