Orange Oat Muffins

Ingredients

1 cup oats - not quick cook

1 can frozen orange juice, undiluted, boil down to equal one cup of juice.

1/2 cup butter

2 eggs

1 c. flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

salt, none or small pinch

Optional:

walnuts, toasted, as many as desired.

Method

Grease or paper line muffin tins. 350 degrees for 15 mins. May vary in your oven, begin watching before that.

Mix wets with the dry ingredients just until combined.
