Corn Bread

Ingredients

1 cup cornmeal
1 cup flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/4 cup of olive oil

Method

425 degrees for 20-25 mins. Excellent on top of chili and baked as a casserole. Perhaps add sharp cheddar and a pinch of cayenne to the batter.
