Ingredients

Donair Meat:

2 lbs hamburger
pinch of salt
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp cayenne pepper
¾ cup of flour
½ tsp oregano
¼ tsp Italian seasoning

Mix all ingredients together shape into a log and place on a wire rack put on cookie sheet baked a 350 for 1 hour

Method

Donair Sauce

6 ounces evaporated milk
3 ounces of white sugar
½ garlic powder
2 tsp vinegar

mix all ingredients together

heat and serve (heating sauce optional)
