Mix sugar, cocoa, milk & butter in a pan. Stir over medium heat until mixture begins to boil. Continue boiling for 1 minute. Remove from heat & add vanilla & peanut butter. Stir until well blended. Add oats last & stir until well coated. Drop by teaspoonfuls on wax paper. Allow cookies to cool at room temperature.
If you're allergic to nuts leave out the peanut butter and add 1 or 2 squares of Baker's Semi-sweet chocolate in it's place. You will also need to add about 1/2 cup of oats for every square of chocolate you use.
Each individually wrapped package of Baker's chocolate contains two (2) squares of chocolate.
