Half balsamic vinegar, half whisky, + walnuts. Suitable for salads, particularly endives. Serve very cold.

half a dozen walnuts
half a measure of whisky
half a measure of balsamic vinegar

Method

you do not have to mix the whisky with the balsamic vinegar a lot.
