Creme Brulee with Saffron

Ingredients

250ml of cream
2 eggs
50g sugar
Saffron

Method

Mix everything.
Place the mixture in Creme Brulee dishes, place in the oven in a larger oven dish full of water (Bain marie).
Cook for 1h at 120 degrees.
