Peel onion and garlic. Chop onion finely and press garlic.
Drain and rinse chick peas, cut cherry tomatoes into quarters.
Toss all ingredients into a bowl, add parsley and mix. In a second bowl mix 3 Tablespoons of white wine vinegar with 5 TBS of olive oil, add pepper and mix well.
Add the salad sauce to the salad and mix well. Now cover up the salad and place in the fridge for at least 30 min. mix again before u serve.
Tastes good as a side dish to chicken or grilled meat or as a main course with garlic bread
