cut all the meat into little cubes cook till done.
cut all the vegitables into cubes and put all the above ingredients into a pot of water.
Add the cyanne pepper (I use about 2 bottles of this as I like it spicy) and pepper
bring to boil..add cornstarch to thicken the gumbo
Let it cook for another 10 minutes stirring occasionaly
Cook white rice as directed on box
Pour the gumbo over the rice and there ya have a great meal that is good for either breakfast lunch or supper
