600mls Thickened Cream, 1 tin Condensed Milk, 2 packets Malt Biscuits, 2 king size Crunchy Bars
Line a slice tray with biscuits.
Combine cream and condensed milk, beat with electric mixer until thick (takes several minutes).
Crush crunchy bars in packets, add to cream mixture and stir through.
Layer cream mixture over biscuits, add another layer of biscuits over top.
Freeze overnight, until set like ice-cream.
NB: Can be made with whatever chocolate bar you like. Recommend Cherry Ripe or Maltesers.
